1. Returns and Refunds

At Lady B's Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unopened and in its original packaging
• In the same condition as when you received it
• Returned within 14 days of delivery
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable food items that have been opened
• Items damaged by customer misuse
• Items returned after the 14-day return period

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
4. Package the item securely and ship it back to us
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
