Ayamase Ofada Stew

Ayamase Ofada Stew

A rich, spicy stew made with our ayamase sauce. Perfect with ofada rice or any rice of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Lady B's Ayamase Ofada Sauce
  • 500g assorted meat (beef, tripe, cow skin)
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup palm oil
  • 2 cups ofada rice or white rice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 seasoning cubes

Instructions

  1. 1 Wash and season the assorted meat with salt, seasoning cubes, and sliced onions. Boil until tender.
  2. 2 Heat palm oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. 3 Add the boiled meat and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. 4 Pour in Lady B's Ayamase Sauce and stir well.
  5. 5 Add a little water if needed and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6 Cook the ofada rice separately until done.
  7. 7 Serve the stew hot over the rice. Enjoy!
