Ayamase Ofada Stew

A rich, spicy stew made with our ayamase sauce. Perfect with ofada rice or any rice of your choice.
Ingredients
1 jar Lady B's Ayamase Ofada Sauce
500g assorted meat (beef, tripe, cow skin)
2 medium onions, sliced
1/2 cup palm oil
2 cups ofada rice or white rice
Salt to taste
2 seasoning cubes
Instructions

Wash and season the assorted meat with salt, seasoning cubes, and sliced onions. Boil until tender.

Heat palm oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the boiled meat and fry for 5 minutes.

Pour in Lady B's Ayamase Sauce and stir well.

Add a little water if needed and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Cook the ofada rice separately until done.

Serve the stew hot over the rice. Enjoy!
